Working with Veronika was transformational for our startup, wholeSum.
She guided us through a pivotal shift from a B2C community to B2B SaaS platform, promoting me to take steps that have proven crucial to landing our first customers. For instance, designing a quick and cheap survey that not only uncovered valuable insights about our target audience, but also generated a pipeline of trial customers which has now led to early case studies.
I started working with Veronika when I had a 3 month old baby, so while I had great ambitions to progress my business, my time and energy was inevitably limited. She helped me break down complex tasks I had been procrastinating on into small, manageable steps, while helping me keep laser-focused on what would move the dial.
This meant I could achieve a lot more than I’d expected with the headspace and resources I had to hand.
