TAKE THAT LEAP

Today is the leap day. This year is the leap year.


If you are feeling that things are not changing around you and are a bit stagnant – you are probably right. And it’s because you are not taking action. The physics is very simple. You don’t take action, things don’t move.

Here is what happens and how to take that leap using your own power


We can get stuck and that’s as a result of our hesitation, procrastination and postponing what we want to do because…. it wasn’t ‘the right time’ or couldn’t do it ‘perfectly’, felt ‘too hard’ or other ‘excuses’ our ‘keep me safe’ mechanism creates. So we keep safe but that doesn’t feel good.

- Have you missed a great opportunity?

- Do you see others getting things and moving forward while you are not?

- Does that make you angry?

If the answer is YES - great, we are getting there!


LOVE YOUR ANGER


Let’s start loving our anger for kicking our ass to get up and do that thing we have been thinking about, talking about, postponing, adding from one action list to the next and fearing to do. And maybe quite rightly, maybe it involves something challenging, stepping up outside of the comfort zone, moving into the unknow.


In two steps


1. Before you start beating yourself up for missing opportunities or wasting time or similar – STOP - You would miss the whole point.


2. Instead, give yourself a big credit and some love for getting the message NOW. That means now is the right time and now you can make that move.

This way we turn the power from against us to working with us.

Maybe we only had to wait a bit and miss a couple of signs or opportunities to create that anger within us to add some of that AMAZING FIERY ENERGY to support us in taking that challenging step.


So well done – how amazing you are! You have made a perfect plan for yourself. Please don’t miss seeing this.


USE YOUR ANGER


Now when you have created that anger – love that anger - use that anger – don’t hide it – don’t dismiss it and let’s not focus it on others, that would be such a waste!


Let’s focus is to help us take that next move or action we have been hesitating with.

We created this extra power for ourselves because that’s what we needed to make the next big step.
