And surely this is a combination of a lot of more aspects, but having goals and a plan, is one of them. Having a clear vision and a soul aligned plan is what will will pull you out of bed in the morning, what will motivate you to action, what will give you focus to navigate amongst distractions and what empowers you to choose where you want to put my focus and energy.

Having goals clear is essential for us who feel the inner pull to be more and share more of our potential, and us who are walking our own path.

We don't have the boss or a colleague to kindly nudge us in the right direction so keeping our direction is a skill to have.

So many amazing ideas are left unmanifested and potential unfulfilled because we get stopped, distracted, loose interest or focus. And what an amazing feeling it is to accomplish your project or idea and see it help, inspire or bring joy to others, right?

If we set goals with our soul involved, this is where the real magic happens – the combination of the power of our mind and the energy of our soul and heart will elevate you state from dullness of doing to enthusiasm and enjoyment.

When you have a clearer direction, you are more in control and less likely to get lost in distractions, sensations or stories, whether yours or of others. It's normal and one of the gifts of women to be there for others but sometimes we need to remind ourselves of our own priorities and manage our needs and the needs of others in a healthy balance.

On a wider level, you will be living more out of choice rather than being pushed around by external circumstances that are not supportive or helpful. That on it's onw is hugely empowering.
